The Everest Cardio Climber replicates the motion of climbing stairs in a continuous, controlled movement. Users determine step height and workout intensity based on individual fitness levels, with the ability to shift between strength-focused and cardio-focused training. With no electronic components or external resistance mechanisms, workout intensity is powered entirely by cadence and stroke range, reducing mechanical complexity while delivering effective cardiovascular conditioning.
Developed in collaboration with the Kinesiology department at Dalhousie University, the movement pattern is biomechanically sound and engineered to promote proper form within supervised prison gym environments. Ideal for correctional facilities, the Everest features tamperproof, weather-resistant construction designed to withstand high-frequency daily use in secure recreation yards and institutional settings.
CORRECT EXERCISE BIOMECHANICS
Unlike many outdoor cardio fitness machines, the EVEREST is designed with proper exercise biomechanics to ensure user safety and reduce the risk of injury. The EVEREST fits almost any user ages 13+ with no adjustment needed.

Based on the user's foot positioning and stroke range, they can choose between a strength-focused or cardio-focused workout. This versatility provides well-rounded exercise opportunities that cater to the inmates' fitness goals and promote a balanced approach to health and strength conditioning.
