UPPER TRAP STRETCH

To perform the Upper Trap Stretch, simply stand next to the ladder bar and grab the bar closest to hand height to pull your shoulder down. Lean away if needed and tilt your head toward the opposite side to enhance the stretch in your upper trapezius. Hold the stretch for 15 seconds, then release and repeat for 1-2 repetitions.
